Images taken on the day belong to the photographer, but both the model and photographer are free to use them on any social media platform, personal website, or portfolio (online or printed). *

This is a photoshoot where the priority is the photography, and does not include any high end professional retouching. I will do some light editing work and will work with you (at a reasonable level) to get a final product we both like and agree on. I do use some software for culling and editing images which may use some AI features. *

You are responsible for your own actions and safety during the photoshoot, and it is up to you to stop the shoot at any time if you feel unsafe for any reason. *

Both the photographer and model agree to not sell, or give away the use of (or rights to) the images to any third party unless an agreement is made between the model and photographer in writing before release. *

Model will receive a minimum of FIVE (5) images within 1 week after the photoshoot via a link to a OneDrive folder. The Images may be processed and edited on software which utilises online AI features. *
